Lord's Banner of Leadership - APG

Under the Wondrous Items in the APG there is an tiem called the Lord's Banner. Under the Requirements section, there is a leadership version that is not described in the text.

Does anyone have any errata regarding this?

Probably edited for length. (Or possibly lameness.)

Errata would be: remove "eagle's splendor (leadership)," from the requirements section.
