Does armor of bones take an action to conjure?

"Armor of Bones (Su): You can conjure armor made of
bones that grants you a +4 armor bonus. At 7th level, and
every four levels thereafter, this bonus increases by +2. At
13th level, this armor grants you DR 5/bludgeoning. You
can use this armor for 1 hour per day per oracle level. This
duration does not need to be consecutive, but it must be
spent in 1-hour increments."

This does not state that it takes any actions...

Other revelations do.

For Example:
"Raise the Dead (Su): As a standard action, you can
summon a single skeleton or zombie to serve you. The
undead creature has a number of Hit Dice equal to your
oracle level. It remains for a number of rounds equal to
your Charisma modifier. At 7th level, you can summon
a bloody skeleton or fast zombie. At 15th level, you can
summon an advanced skeleton or zombie. You can use
this ability once per day plus one additional time per day
at 10th level."

Any Supernatural or Spell like ability that doesn't specify casting time takes a standard action.

Where is this specified, it just seems odd to me that some revelations would say a standard actions when others do not...
