Do you know what the delay is for this order? It was placed on Aug. 11th, but it is still sitting in pending. Neither item looks to be on backorder when I go to their pages and the order still says 2-4 business days until shipment.
Also is it possible for you to apply my $20 of store credit to this order? Thanks!

It appears that there was a bug of some sort regarding the Pugwampis minis. These are not yet released, and should have been set as a preorder without an estimated release date. I have applied your store credit to this order, but I assume that you would like to do something else, as this order won't be shipping for an undetermined amount of time.
I can cancel the Pugwampis and ship the cards, or I can move both items into your sidecart to ship them separately with the first available subscription shipment. Or can also set the two things to ship separately and go out as soon as possible (this will require a separate shipping and handling fee).
Please let me know what you would like to do, and I will get it taken care of.

I have moved the Cards to your pending subscription order. If you would like to add the items in your shopping cart to this order, just go through the order process and one of the shipping options available will be "Combine with pending order".

The order seems to be languishing again. I received my "one week away" email on the 9th, but as of today the shipment still hasn't gone out.
Also it's just been too long for the Pugwampis from the order 1495385 to be used. We're sadly significantly past that portion of the campaign by now, can you simply cancel the pugwampis from future shipment.

The AP just got to the warehouse Friday (guessing from the store blog)... it takes 4-5 days for all of the subscriber shipments to go out, and the subscriber shipments haven't started yet, I'd say give it til the end of this week.

Just checked the AP page and noticed that there was a customs delay... Wasn't keeping in touch with the product messageboards to see there was the delay. Thanks for letting me know.

We got the Critical Fumble deck just in time for our game day (Literally, mail came on Saturday at 2 PM, we started at 2:30.) However can you please delete the Pugwampis from the sidecart? Thanks!
