So my characters are behind a level. Currently they are assaulting the Thistletop goblin fort, and I have a feeling that they will only make it to level 3 by the end of it.
The Skinsaw Murders says its for 4th level characters so I was thinking of running a short side adventure to advance them a level.I wanted to get some advice on what might be some good published adventures from either Dungeon, Pathfinder, or some other source I could adapt with little work to fit the AP.
Thanks!

How about a Sandpoint Devil sidequest? There are a number of things you can do. Perhaps a rival group of hunters or adventurers might give your group some problems as well.

I did a little side quest during the boar hunt where the PCs went up against the Bird Cruncher tribe (which was ruled by Bruthazmus the Bugbear's brother). It was fun having Bruthazmus recognize his brother's shield as being wielded by the PCs.
If your players don't mind a little more goblin time, there's still plenty of them in the marshes...along with a couple of goblin heroes such as Vorka, the Licktoad goblin cannibal. You could also have Bruthazmus's brother come looking for vengeance.
Wisher's well could also be another runewell that needs to be taken down (with Sinspawn and an appropriate guardian).

Thanks for the response Professor. While the Sandpoint Devil is a good thought, and it is something that I'd like to use later on, its a CR 8 monster. So a little beyound group character capabilities right now.
What I'm really looking for is something published, and in the range for 3rd level characters. That way I only need to do minor conversions to the PFRPG rules, and not spend to much time adapting the fluff to fit the Golarion setting.

If the only problem is that they are lagging a level just grant them a xp reward for completing the module.

Actually a boar hunt with lord Foxglove is a good idea as it gives experience points and it gives a good lead in to the Foxglove manor scenario and it gives him even more a good reason to fixate on the PC's and it's not hard to run. And if a couple of bores dosnt give them enough XP they could be jumped by goblins during the event and making Lord Foxglove even more enamored with the party...

I am running Kingmaker and RotR concurrently (more or less) and have decided to run the Medium advancement track so I have tons of room for side quests that are pulled from the Kingmaker storyline.
Last night was our first session and after the events of the Swallowtail Festival (games and festivities ending in the goblin raid), the party Ranger decided to track one of the Goblin Rangers who fled north out of the open town gates.
The trail led east into Devil's Platter and to the Birdcruncher caves. The PCs made peaceful contact with the Birdcrunchers who explained that they were only forced into the raid on Sandpoint because of the stolen statue that is held by the Licktoad goblins in the roots of a big tree in Brinestump Swamp. The PCs have agreed to try to retrieve the statue for the Birdcrunchers and after the boar hunt (which starts next session), they plan to go after the Licktoads and see if they can figure out the mystery of why the goblins attacked at all.
I also put up wanted posters in the Rusty Dragon for bandits operating along the road to Magnimar (this would be the Stag Lord if the PCs decide to pursue this thread) but I put up a bunch of other help wanted posters there as well so they may or may not go after these. In a month or so, a second poster will go up specifically naming the Stag Lord as a criminal convicted of banditry and murder so that might give them a push.
The kingdom settlement and exploration elements will be relocated to the hinterlands around Turtleback Ferry.
