Tower shield?

Is theta anything that cAn negate the -2 penalty to attack rolls for using a tower shield? The feat table says tower shield prof negates penalties, but the feat description doesn't mention this.

The new Phalanx fighter alternate class ability in the APG negates them by 11th level. Other than that, I do not believe so.

It's hard to be maneuverable and attack with a door strapped to one arm ;)

Having the tower prof feat negates the ACP penalties to attack rolls etc. that you have for wielding a shield your not proficient with. The -2 on attack rolls is an unnamed penalty that your stuck with unless your a Phalanx Fighter.
