I'm looking to print a copy of the Pathfinder Bestiary for my personal use. I don't want to go to Kinkos or Staple and get a bunch of flak from the employees so I'm trying to see if Paizo's .pdfs have a line of text in them stating something along the lines of 'Paizo grants permission to print this document for personal use.'
I did some searching in the archives before posting this but all I can see are threads wherein Vic and/or James state that Paizo does not mind the printing of their products for personal use. I guess I'm looking for something a little more concrete that I can point out to an employee of a printing company within the document I want printed.
Good gaming to all,

I've gotten flak before regardless. I just sighed, knowing there was nothing I could do to change their minds, and went back a different day when a different employee was behind the counter. Good thing I was not in a hurry for it.
Well if they have web access there you could show them the paizo faq. Or show it on a smartphone or something.

Quite often even that won't move them.
TBH it's understandable. If they were to allow it when it wasn't allowed, and the company got sued, probably the first thing Staple/Kinkos would do is sack the guy who did it.

I did this with my Core Rulebook. I wish I hadn't. I got spiral binding, and it's going to be totally destroyed in no time now.
I think the tough thing is, Paizo permits one copy to be printed, but there's absolutely no way for Kinko's to know how many times a given .pdf has been printed. They could be breaking the law and not even know it. That's a position that companies rarely like to be in.
