Shipment with water damage and creases (1456266)

Hi,

one of the three boxes of the order arrived with heavy water damage and creases.

This was the first of the three boxes (though it came latest by three days), the other two arrived in prime condition.

The problem is that already upon arrival the books had mold in it.

I have prepared three photos to document this: PHOTOS

Following books (and maps, sigh, one lost a part of its corner to the book "Heart of Glass" beneath) were in that box:

What can we do about this?

I've put replacements into your sidecart to go out with your next subscription shipment in mid-September. In the meantime, just get what use you can out of the water-damaged books, and you can toss them when the replacements arrive.
