Grand Lodge 3/5

Doug, is that just what you are running?

:)

The Exchange 5/5

If I organize things the right way, I won't be GMing at all. I'd like to be free to coordinate this time, rather than fill in holes in the GM pool (of my own making). Of course, I say all this while dismissing what a control freak I am when it comes to GMing. I'll try and step back this time.

Control freak or elitist GM? I mean seriously now... there aren't any GM's in the area that could possibly run these scenarios as well as you. :P

FWIW, I'll be there, running a handful of slots. Scribs, you should make the trip down from Canada to help run at least one slot. (Not sure if I'm supposed to say it on here since it isn't on Doug's list)

The Exchange

Thanks for posting this. I had a successful Diplomancy Skill check with wife. Far enough in advance to plan for, and close enough to keep costs down. Can't promise to volunteer as yet, will make that call closer to date.

The Exchange 5/5

Hrmmm .. close enuf to be totally doable .. must figure out logistics .. as local con the weekend before lol.

*nose twitches*

Lol .. will remember to print out out email with offer to GM *giggles* I'll be there, to play and judge as needed.. cause I'm just like that ya know :D

If it's any kind of incentive, I can arrange complimentary hotel lodging for any of my Origins GMs...

Will those lodgings be located in Waterford, Canton, or Howell? ;-)

I've got them a hotel reservation in Ann Arbor. If Wes comes he's got a room with his name on it. They'll get more rest than you will Kyle :)

Just letting you know to blame Neil if I manage to make it to U-Con in November...

I'm looking to see if it will fit my schedule and budget and it would provide me with a great reason to visit family in the Chatham and Windsor area. :)

I would be great just to have you attend Angus, but blaming Neil is like the frosting on the cake.

Being blamed for Angus is a little much for one person to bear.

I'm even trying to get a certain scenario-writing relative to attend.

Mike, you get the usual package. Curbside chauffer service to and from the airport, a guest room at Casa de Miles (600 thread count sheets!), complimentary breakfast at Panera (breakfast sandwich, dutch apple bagel and a dessert coffee) and a shuttle to and from the convention.

A pallet under a table

The Exchange

I am sure the players will be happy to contribute once they know there is a destitute GM sleeping under the table.

I'll bring a couple of dog biscuits and a chew toy as well.
If he's good, I'll let him have some pregens to shred.

I have it on good authority that Kyle sleeps in a bed stuffed with the character sheets of all the PCs slain by his dice.

Is that why your bed is so much softer than mine because there are so many more character sheets to pad it with? *cough*MassacreMiles*cough*

So Doug,

Where's my free breakfast?! It has better be a DUTCH apple bagel! Those non-Dutch apples give me gas.

Doug, I think Kyle at least deserves a free coffee from McDonalds. :)
I'll get him a Big breakfast if he kills Ted's archer.

I shall sacrifice a rack'o ribs in thy honor this weekend and continual reduction of the Honey-Do list. (even if it means burning said list out of existence, meeting the reduction requirement but not the intent)

Also, is it only going to be on-site table sign up, or will you have some kind of sign up in advance for the scenarios?
