Divine Bond and Damage Reduction

Does Divine Bond increase the inherent damage reduction of a weapon? In other words, If a 5th level Paladin had a +2 weapon and used Divine bond to increase this to a +3, would that weapon then bypass DR/cold Iron and DR/Silver?

Yes, I believe it would. Unlike Greater Magic Weapon, it does not specifically prohibit bypassing DR.
