Basically no. It was very time consuming for the staff, so they've only done it for the two core books.
The posts about it were in the APG product thread, probalby only a page or two back.

Quite honestly, I prefer how they did it in the APG. While the hotlinks in the core book were nice, they a.) resized the page to 75% in my Adobe and b.) there wasn't an index for every spell, which makes browsing for a various spell terribly tedious. In the APG, every spell and feat is indexed, which is much much better. And the APG doesn't resize every time you use a link on the sidebar.

It actually does resize on my Adobe... I hate that.

If the internal book wasn't linked, It'd be ok... but it'd be nice if the Table of Contents and the Index were.
This. Same with the GMG. It would be nice to be able to get right to the page the TOC references---the thing I hate most about navigating pdfs is the digital "page flipping" (especially if you're using a computer where it takes a little bit of time to load every page--and DAMN those .pdfs are resource-demanding. I've loaded them up on some pretty hefty machines and they still take a lot to "flip" through).
If they don't have the staff time to do it, I bet they could find a volunteer....

I like the links from the core book and miss them in the APG. However, I understand why they are not there. I can deal with it.
If you want TOC references, just note the page number and type that in at the top of Adobe. It will quickly take you to the page and you won't have to thumb through.
This is only true for the 1-document-books (but it is a good point). If you use them chapter by chapter (which keeps resource usage down) you have to keep the TOC open in a separate document, and some of the .pdfs aren't paged right (I can't remember which one, but I noticed this yesterday when I was running a game). Now, the linked .pdfs will open the right chapter pdf even if you don't already have it open, so it would be nice to be able to keep the TOC page open and use that to navigate the multiple .pdfs rather than reference back and forth "manually".
