Dark Vision grants Low Light Vision?

Rules Questions

Does the Half orc & Dwarf get low light vision on top of their dark vision?
it doesn't seem like they do, but I just can't get my head around it...

The Darkvision entry only states that Darkvision isn't spoiled by the presence of light. Meaning in a low light environment you can still see into the dark areas just fine. However, that is not the same as having true Lowlight Vision which lets you see twice as far as normal in an environment of low light.

Guys with DV can see out to their normal range in low light, but they don't have the 2X visual range of Lowlight vision.

Thanks, Shadowlord. That's what I thought.
