Wraithstrike (Spell Compendium 243) turns my melee attacks into melee touch attacks. By Pathfinder's rules, do I still get my STR bonus to damage as normal?
What about other creatures that make melee touch attacks?
i believe with wraithstike you still do get str to damage
however with normal touch attacks you dont
i also believe you cant power attack normal touch attacks while you can with wraith strike, but i may be wrong

There is no difference in 3.5 vs PF on that issue.
The only difference between a melee touch attack and a melee regular attack is which AC you need to equal or exceed in order to hit. A touch attack needs to hit touch AC, a regular attack needs to hit regular AC. Everything else about a touch attack and a regular attack are the same.

well normal touch attacks dont let you power attack.
I'll give you this one. I hadn't noticed the specific text in the Power Attack feat that says it can't be used with touch attacks. So, even with wraithstrike, Power Attack is off-limits.
also in pf if its a wand, it still takes a standard action to use, weven tho the spell is normally a swift action. (search the board, james said this a while ago)
What does this have to do with the question?

nothing really. in 3/5 people liked to argue the combo of rogue with wand of wraithstrike doing full round attacks at touch ac
