Roc Animal Companion CON correct?

Starting Con is 9, and then at 7th it gets a bonus to 13. Would think the birds are sturdier than that.

its part of game balance. besides an average human has 9-11, people live threw gettin hit with bird-shot a lot more often than birds do.
