Do the touch attack spell-like abilities provoke attacks of opportunity? example, the Fey bloodline "Laughing Touch" ability
sp abilities are treated the same as spells
casting provokes and AoO
touching does not
(note you can cast the spell outside of AoO range then make a 5 foot step and use the touch attack spell)
you can of course cast defensively and you won't provoke and AoO
You can also cast it out of AoO range and hold the charge, just don't touch anything. (I'm probably going to house rule these abilities as Supernatural)
