Rules for non-magic item creation?

I've only been able to find rules regarding the creation of magic items. Are there specific rules for the creation of things like regular arrows, throwing knives, rope, etc?

That falls under the Craft skill. If you look up the skill, there is a chart that has a decent list of items with DC's. If your item is not on the chart, you can find something similar and apply a DC what you find appropriate.
