I feel like tacos. Mmm, tacos.

I just undertook an experiment: will late night lasagna make a headache go away? So far, the report is favorable.

A noble experiment! Glad to hear your headache is better. I wonder if, applied topically, it would get rid of my sore neck and shoulders?

Genioglossus cramps! Did I miss anything after getting my new Xbox hard drive?

'Tis a shame that I lost all my saved game info on the old drive... Guess I just have to replay all my games a second time! :D

Well, I'm off for now. Will see everyone again upon the morrow.

Also, what would us FAWLTites look like as superheroes? Could we be a superhero team? What powers would we have?

I don't suppose Thomas Tallis is on the play list...

I don't see why not. I'll play anything as long as it isn't cheap trash.

Anything in particular?

Thomas Tallis wrote no trash. Most of his work is choral. For those who don't care for the lyrics, they might prefer the Latin works to the English. Ave Verum Corpus might be a place to start.
I'd actually heard of the guy before (probably from you, actually...), and I've always dug stuff like that, even if it isn't exactly at the top of my stack. Consider it booked.

How about some Phillip Glass? Maybe one of the shorter piano pieces? Great music and intelligent. (I learned my lesson after the Bonnie Tyler suggestion.)

Thank God, they are finally releasing the last installment of Harry Potter movies. Well the first part anyways.

I am a superhero. My super power is my hair. While it's not as strong as Superman's, able to hold a one ton weight, the individual hairs are very strong. My hair has broken vacuum cleaners, rolly office chairs, and screwed up my cats' digestive tracts.

It is difficult to live with a super power. After all, with great power comes great responsibility. But somehow, I manage. It's part of being a super hero, after all.

I call dibs on Invisibility/Phasing. I won't be able to do that much, but no one will ever find me.

Dammit!!!!

I made a superhero called Presence who had this power. His limitation was that he could only be invisible(and tangible) or intangible(and visible).

Ah well. Great minds...

You know what's worse than liquid cat vomit?

Explosive cat vomit from the top of a cabinet throughout the entire room.

Very...very...VERY bad.

Once you've gotten as much as you can up with just water, I like to make a solution of water and laundry deterget, and scrub it with that.

The sooner you catch it, the better chance you have of getting it all up.

Yeah, if you catch it quick enough, you can pick it up almost exclusively with water. If you've got an ammonia solution of some sort, you might want to use that to kill the odor.

I'll never forget this story..

My poor, gone kitty, Pebbles, threw up on the carpet once. I was incensed, as it happened while I was out at a friends, and I was all alone at the time(lived with mom in those days). After doing my best to clean it up, I took her out of my room(waking her up) and brought her to the stain. I explained that I could either get a new carpet, or a new cat, and that one was far more economical than the other.

I went out to get some more stuff to clean the vomit up with and returned to find the cat relaxing on the couch and the stain gone. She looked at me like, "What?" I was in awe until I heard my mom rummaging around in the back and realized she was the one who cleaned the carpet.

Frizz, formerly a top research scientist at the National Humidity Center. I heard he fell in a vat of synthetic Miami weather and gained his ability to put a kink into humanity's best interests.

Huh. We had a cat named Pebbles, too. My wife had the cat, and she became "my" cat after we got married. She used to tap me on the elbow when she wanted to get pet. I miss that cat.

Yeah, won't be applying to St Thomas this year: long story. I don't think Augsburg's in my field, unless they just posted a new one.
