Fallen paladin Cr

Was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how much to change the Cr on a paladin that has fallen Character is going to be about lvl 14-15 ish and have the warerat template (afflicted)
RPG Superstar 2009 Top 32

I would compute him as a Warrior NPC class.

Yes, he has better stats, but he is "less then" a full Paladin or a full Fighter.
