The problem I am having is that I post something in the correct sub-forum, only to have it completely ignored, because the sub-forum is visited maybe once a month.
If you ask me there are way too many different sub-forums. The community's attention/activity is focused on only a very few of them.
At least give us the possibility to move our thread from one sub-forum to another.

Well I just scan the RSS feed for the boards to see what's new, so I don't miss posts in the sub forums.
Organization is important. Why would you need to move a thread if it's posted where it should be posted? You should mispost your threads in a popular forum, that just makes work for the admins to keep it clean.

Would you prefer your posts to be ignored because they got bumped to the second page by more active and newer threads?
That is what would result without all the specific sub forums. They exist to keep threads from getting lost in a flood of activity.
More activity can work against you as well as for you.

So, would you agree that the Forums Are Way To Long?

Hmm. Is this about the 'vital statistics' thread(s)? Sometimes it makes more sense to find an active thread which seems to already be approximately on topic (and with a lot of posts indicating interest) and post on that rather than to start a new thread.
Welcome to the Paizo Boards by the way.
