Improved overrun as mount feat, but rider has none. Is he subject to AOO?

Rules Questions

My cavalier's mount has the Improved Overrun feat. My cavalier does not have Improved Overrun. Is my cavalier subject to AoO's during an overrun by the mount?

No, because the reason for AoO's is they are a lapse in your concentration. You leave openings that others can take advantage of. Since the Cavalier is not performing the overrun, or even technically moving, there is no opportunity for an attack.

This is just off the top of my head. I'm heading home so not enough time to check thrugh the srd.
