The Revelation Bonded Mount says the animal has an Int score of at least 6.

Does this mean it can speak/understand a language, take player feats, and know more tricks than normal? Does it even need to know tricks?

At 3 intellect they get to choose any skill to put ranks into, including linguistics that lets them choose to know/understand. 1 extra language per rank. This however does not let the speak it as no animal other than a raven or parrot has the physical capability to speak of its own anatomy.

At this level of int tricks are 100% unnecessary and pointless as they should be able understand anything you can say to the point at which any normal PC could.

EDIT: After double checking, they can in fact get any feat available to player characters they meet the pre reqs for.

It means that the bonded mount is eligible for any feats, skills, or tricks that any Druidic Animal Companion with a 3 or better intelligence is eligible for. The bonded mount just has the advantage of starting at a 6 Intelligence instead of having to work up to it like an animal companion.

Note that animal companions (including Bonded Mounts)do not have any innate ability to speak human language thought they may be able to understand the spoken word if they are intelligent enough (3 or better).

Indeed: core rulebook says you can understand common and your racial language no matter what, so for a horse, it would be : common (cannot speak), horse

quoted from PRPG core rulebook p. 17
You apply your character’s Intelligence modifier to:
• The number of bonus languages your character knows at
the start of the game. These are in addition to any starting
racial languages and Common. If you have a penalty, you
can still read and speak your racial languages unless your
Intelligence is lower than 3.

quoted from Bestiary p.306
An animal is a living, nonhuman creature, usually a
vertebrate with no magical abilities and no innate capacity
for language
or culture.
