Not able to open some of the threads in this section

When I click on certain threads, it re-routes me back to the Rules Question message list instead of the message. Does this mean the post is locked or something?

The only thread that has happened to me on is a thread with 0 posts. Which presumably means the original poster of the thread deleted his post before anyone could reply (but the thread title still shows up in the forum list).

Could that be the issue with the threads you mention?

I've also seen this happen if an admin moves a thread from one board to another, and you click on it before whichever webserver you're on catches the change (at least that's my interpretation)
