So I have some questions about the warlock.
The book talks of arcane school list for other spells, is this the wizard school list? If so what level can you take the ability if it doesn't list a level?
Can warlocks use metamagic? If so how does it work?
Do they really need CHA for anything but cantrips?
Any other thoughts in this class in the Tome of Secrets book is much appreciated.
I, too, have this question. I just got the book, and a friend and I have been discussing this. An official ruling would be GREAT.
If you are a wizard, you choose an arcane school. Every power in that school list is your at first level unless it specifies a higher level for the power. Therefore, by default, arcane school powers are all level 1 unless noted otherwise.
Which makes them eligible for level 1 warlocks.
