Does anyone know if you can buy an intelligent item in Pathfinder Society

i was thinking of making a intelligent amulet to help with reading languages or understanding languages. i didn't plan on a weapon or anything to use offensively.

You might want to try the Pathfinder Society board. You're far more likely to get an accurate answer there.

And Hariel, you won't be able to buy or craft any item that isn't already in print by Paizo. If they have an intelligent language-reading amulet available, then you're good.

(I don't think that it's at all likely that you'll be able to obtain such an item, but you've got a neat idea there.)
