Concealment and "Turn Undead"

Rules Questions

Is "turn undead"/channel energy subject to "miss by concealment?" (p.196)

I haven't read the turn undead ability in pathfinder, but I know that if the cleric can see the undead and they are in the area of effect, they are effect.
If the cleric can not see the undead they are not effected.

So it seems that undead in darkness or in fog would be pretty dangerous then right? Or is the undead also affected by that stuff.

Channel Energy is not subject to concealment. It affects every creature in 30 ft radius burst centred on the cleric.

From page 40 form the core rule book pathfinder.

Channeling energy causes a burst that effects all creatrues of one type in a 30-ft radius cnetered on the cleric.

On page 214 are burst explained.

Total cover blocks bursts. Concealment however dont. The effects takes place, no mather what.

As a general rule, concealment only kicks in against effects that require attack rolls to hit. I suppose in SOME cases it might even kick in with smaller area effect stuff that allows a Reflex save to avoid... but for the most part it's only attack rolls that suffer miss chances.

Area effect stuff that gets resisted by Will saves pretty much never has to worry about concealment.
