The other one I know of is Classic Play: Book of Strongholds and Dynasties, but it did not have a reddish/brown cover.
I think that might be it. There might have been another one... but I remember having that one for sure.
No... wait. It was Fields of Blood. That was it!
Anyway, maybe if I'm a bit more specific about what I'm looking for, someone could help me. I've reanimated an ancient campaign I had created "Kingdoms of the Seven Continents", and am in the process of attempting to develop the largest Kingdom (The Ardenian Empire) on the first continent (Siterica) I developed for the campaign, but am having some difficulty, so I was hoping I could find something that would let me roll a few dice to randomly determine some things about the kingdom.
I thought I'd start with the Capitol City (Ardus), and develop the kingdom's politics out of that. So far, I've managed to get 16 guilds in the city which may also represent far-reaching elements in the empire itself, but how specifically they interact with one another is what has me stumped. I know I want to have factions and the like, and I can see clearly how some of the guilds are at direct conflict with each other.

Well, the Gamemastery Guide for PRPG coming out in a month or two may have stuff in it you can use too. In addition to the useful campaign building stuff it is also going to have all sorts of tables and such that you can use to roll up things.
