A Gnome Illusionist with Spell Focus Illusion gets a +2 to the DC of his Illusions (+1 for being a Gnome, +1 for Spell Focus)? The bonuses are not named, but I seem to remember an errata regarding this.

I don't remember any such errata, but I'm pretty sure they stack. Spell Focus & Greater Spell Focus allow gnome sorcerers (and to a lesser extent, bards) achieve some of the highest illusion DCs possible to player characters.
Yup corner case for Highest DC is the Gnome Sorcerer (arcane bloodline).

"Normally" the highest possible is 34, the alchemy material components might be able to raise this some more but isn't core.
