Combat Maneuvers and AoO

Does a Combat Maneuver provoke an AoO from everyone (or thing) that threatens or just from the creature that the maneuver was initiated against?

Pathfinder SRD, Combat Maneuvers, Performing a Combat Maneuver wrote:

Unless otherwise noted, performing a combat maneuver provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of the maneuver.

It is also worth noting that all 6 Combat Maneuvers have this line in their first paragraph: "If you do not have the Improved Trip feat, or a similar ability, initiating a trip provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of your maneuver."

(Obviously the name of the feat changes with each maneuver)
