I was looking for a feat that allows minor spell casting. I found a trait that allows casting of a single cantrip once a day. Now, would you think allowing a 1st level spell 1/day would be ok for a feat? Or would it be unbalancing on low levels? (on higher levels, it is pretty much useless). What do you think about a feat allowing you to cast two cantrips a day?
One player of mine asked for a fighter with very minor spell casting, that is what got me searching.

Traits are supposed to be worth about half a feat, so a cantrip 2/day sounds reasonable for a feat.
A first level spell requires two rogue talents. Rogue talents appear to be about the power of a feat, since many of them are a feat. So a feat to cast a level 1 spell, with a prereq of a feat to cast a cantrip, sounds reasonable.
Like the rogue talents, I would make these spell-like abilities to avoid thinks like a pure fighter qualifying for Eldritch Knight.

The idea of using these Rogue talents as feats will do the trick, I guess. Thanks for your help. I guess I will take it one step further:
1. Take the trait to cast one cantrip once/day
2. Take a feat to cast the same cantrip 3/day, prereq. trait
3. Take a feat to cast a 1st level spell 3/day, prereq. trait, feat and being level 3 at least.
