Witch spells question

Sorry if I'm being dense but I just don't understand witches spells. How many spells do witches get at first level? Does a familiar work like a spellbook or does she know all witch spells on the list like a cleric?
Thanks in advance for any help.
I know playtesting is over but clarification on this would be nice.

A familiar works similar to a spellbook, sort of.

A witch starts at level 1 having all 0 level spells and 3+Int mod 1st level spells in her familiar.

Interesting that I couldn't find the detail about the 1st level witch's spells known. Since she operates much like a wizard, I'd default to the wizard's initial spells.

A familiar is like a spellbook, though it comes with a certain set of spells based on its type. This is listed on page 45 of the APG playtest document. You add spells to a familiar through various means, but the process is analagous to the wizard's scribing of spells into his book.

From the final playtest:

Final Playtest wrote:

Witch's Familiar (Ex): At 1st level, a witch forms a close
bond with a familiar, a creature that teaches her magic
and helps to guide her along her path. Familiars also aid a
witch by granting her skill bonuses, additional spells, and
help with some types of magic. See the Witch's Familiar
section for a complete description of these bonuses.

A witch must commune with her familiar each day to
prepare her spells. Familiars store all of the spells that
a witch knows, and a witch cannot prepare a spell that
is not stored by her familiar. A witch's familiar begins
play storing all of the 0-level witch spells plus three 1st level
spells of the witch's choice. The witch also selects
a number of additional 1st-level spells equal to her
Intelligence modifier to store in her familiar. At each
new witch level, she adds two new spells of any spell level
or levels that she can cast (based on her new witch level) to
her familiar. A witch can also add additional spells to her
familiar through a special ritual (see sidebar).

Thanks for the answers! I completely missed that paragraph, hogarth. Thanks!

Thanks Hogarth, I knew the info was there but it wasn't where I expected it to be.
