If there is such a thing could someone direct me where to find it?
You may enjoy The Iconic Bestiary: Classics of Fantasy , a set of monsters created to fill the niche of certain creatures missing from the OGL. I've converted the bunch to Pathfinder, which you can review right here.
I'm a big fan of the Evil Eye and the Phenric Scourge, both of which pair nicely with some Tunnel Brutes. Give it a look!

1. Calculate CMB
2. Calculate CMD
3. Change names of skills to Pathfinder equivalents.Conversion complete.
If you really want to get detailed about it,
4. add additional feats to meet new one per 2 HD progression rate5. adjust saves and/or hit dice for changes in monster Type definitions in Pathfinder
But again, those two steps are only if you really want to get nitpicky about it. Otherwise just CMB, (which is usually just equal to the 3.5 grapple check), CMD, change skills and you're done.

From the few times I've done a full conversion, it just hasn't made enough of a difference to make the extra work worth worth it.

Im still working on the *cough* "squid-headed humanoid aberrations", the *cough* "floating head with lots of eyes" and the *cough* "flying brain with a beak". Yeah, those.
Im actually considering re-building them from scratch to make them easier to use, since the first two have alot of abilities that rarely gets used.
