Under Acid Flask on the PRD it states that you can consume an Acid Flask to extend the duration of Acid Splash by 1 round. I'm guessing this means you cast the spell and deal 1d3 on a successful hit, then deal another 1d3 the next round.
If you had a level 1 wizard with the feats Extend Spell and Scribe Scroll, could you
1. consume an Acid Flask while casting Acid Splash on the scroll, creating a 1 round duration Acid Splash
2. apply Extend Spell to the spell as it is being cast to double the duration to 2 rounds

So conceivably a wizard, willing to put in the time/take the feats, could shoot 1d3 Acid damage from the scroll that continues affecting its victim for another 2 rounds.
I think then you could justify putting other riders on the scroll, like holding a second flask of acid when casting Acid Splash into the scroll so it deals 1d3 +1; adding the Sulfur alchemical reagent to deal +1 Acid damage/round; if you want to get REAL crazy, scribe the scroll at a higher level to add Burning Spell (x2 spell damage the round after it hits; +2 level increase), Empower Spell (50% increase on damage; +2 level increase), or Maximize Spell (maximize all damage dice; +3 level increase).
I'm not saying scribing a level 8/CL 1 spell scroll costing 125 GP and 5 SP to craft and only doing 7 damage on the initial hit, 14 damage the following round, then 7 damage on the final round for 28 total damage is OPTIMIZED... just saying you COULD.

Since Acid Splash is an Instantaneous spell, I don't see any mechanic for making it a one round spell. As a GM I would not have any extra thing happen.
Using alchemical components on making a scroll is just another material component. OK by me.
Reagents do not stack with either themselves or one another, and are expended after use.
You can only get a single bump no matter how much component you use.
@OP: Your scroll is way off price. A scroll with "Acid Splash + Extend (1 SL) + Burning (2 SL) + Empower (2 SL) + Maximize (3 SL) + Acid Flask (10 gp) + Sulfer (5 sp)" is a 9th level scroll with a minimum CL of 17. Price is 25*9(SL)*17(CL)+10(Acid)+0.5(Sulfer) = 3835.5; Cost = 1923.
You cannot apply Extend Spell to Acid Splash due to its being Instantaneous.
Dropping Extend, you get an 8th level scroll at min 15th level caster. Price = 3010.5; Cost = 1510.5.
Damage is [1d3+1+1]*0.5+[3+1+1]+[2] = 1/2(1d3)+8
Note: Burning spell refers to the spells level (1) and not the slot used. Thus only 2 points of damage the next round.
