When my bank received the authorization for my upcoming subscription shipment, they charged me a NFS fee, because even though I haven't been charged yet, there was not enough in the account to cover the authorization.
My question is, if I change my shipping option to the one monthly option, will the shipment (and thus the authorization and charge) occur at the same time every month?
Also, can you suspend my subscription shipment until next Friday, April 23.
Thanks

Your shipment has been suspended.
As for the shipping option, changing it to hold for one monthly shipment will make it usually happen in the latter half of the month. However, this is the closest we can come to having it occur at the same time every month. Our shipping times are determined by when the shipment of product(s) reaches our warehouse, and having your shipments held for one monthly shipment means that it will not go out until the last item for the month has come in. What often happens, however, is that many/most of the items for a particular month all arrive (and are therefore released) at the same time.
Since we cannot give more definite information on the date of the shipments, and in order to help subscribers plan for their upcoming shipments, we try to provide as much information as possible about what will be in the shipments. You can see a projected estimate of your upcoming shipments on your My Subscriptions page, as well as more generalized information on the Product Schedule.
Thanks,
