I've done a timeline of events in and around Westcrown for the Council of Thievs AP. I read the APs 25-27, the Gazetteer and the Seekers of Secrets and made up a timeline of events.
Please correct my assumptions, errors, and misreadings and help me with the timeline. Maybe it could serve as a little help for all GMs because some of the information is scattered in various places in the modules.

I've found my error after reading the text again: First House Thune contacted hin, then he returned.

This is great, thanks for sharing with us.
The only thing I would do differently is that I was under the impression that Liriam died either just before or just after the lodge was sealed, as he was trying to leave via teleportation with Bisby. But Bisby was so paranoid by then that he refused to leave. It's shortly after that that Liriam was killed by the golem (perhaps even with Bisby watching and not bothering to help... or even worse, helping the golem against Liriam).
But maybe that's just the way I interpreted it from what's written in the modules.

As part of the work on Council of Thieves, I did build a timeline in an attempt to keep all the events and dates straight. While on one level I'd rather not share that file since it was never intended for public consumption and likely has some errors in it or stuff like that (such as inconsistent period use), on the other hand there's probably some good info in there that folks might want to know about (even if it doesn't really help run the AP itself).
So here it is!

3007 Cheliax founded as western frontier of Taldor
4137 Cheliax attacks Absalom under mad prince Haliad I; gains control over Arch of Aroden
4138 Cheliax establishes Sargava
4286 Council of Thieves first gathers and is founded.
4305 King Haliad III launches Wars of Expansion to claim land in Molthune and Varisia; this becomes known as the Everwar.
4338 Nidal falls to Cheliax
4340 By this point, half of Westcrown's nobles have ties to Council of Thieves.
4407 Cheliax founds Korvosa
4410 Cheliax cedes ambitions in Varisia and Belkzen; Everwar ends
4469 Queen Koradinna meets with the Council of Theves to pay them secret bribes to be more subtle in their crimes. Council of Thieves is "officially" defeated, but really just moves into secret society mode.
4501 Lokoris writes the Six Trials of Larazod. First performance of Six Trials ends in riots; Lokoris is hunted down and vanishes.
4576 First Hellknight order, Order of the Rack, founded in Westcrown
4602 Donatalus Bisby and the Amber Privateers leave on their ill-fated expedition to seek Jaytirian.
4605 King Gaspodar prepares for return of Aroden
4605 Donatalus Bisby retuns to Westcrown with relics of Shadow and Sun
