1393199 Not personalizing

I've been trying to personalize this file (either of them actually) for last 2 hours and I've gone from repeatedly trying to personalize to waiting about 5-10 min between and it still won't make it available to download. HLEP! =P

I can't get ANYTHING to personalize right now. It goes from "Contacting personalizer, please check back" to "This personalized download is currently unavailable.

Please check back in a minute. " Then it goes back to the first message. Wash, rinse, repeat. I assume something's going on with the personalizer. It's probably feeling rather impersonal just now.

LIkewise, I just bought the NPC Guide PDF, but nothing will personalize right now. Argh! >_<

I've been having the same problem all night. And now I'm supposed to be running a PFS adventure in three hours. If I don't get it in the next hour, I'm screwed.

I never understood why you have to select to personalize a PDF so the you can download it. Paizo should have set it up to automatically personalize any PDF you click to download. That way this issue can be avoided!!
