So, what would be the Society Price of a set of +1 shadow / glamoured full-plate armor that resembled a courtier’s outfit (that shifted styles to fit the land / location)(With 50 gp worth of jewelry worked into it, that also changed with the land / location)? Or can such an item not be purchased period, due to the shifting nature of the Courtier’s outfit?
Full-plate 1500 gp
MW 150 gp
Plus one 1,000 gp
Shadow +3,750 gp
Glamoured + 2,700 gp
Jewelry 50 gp
Courtier’s outfit 30 gp
Total = ? = 9180 gp (which would require a current max prestige reward of 27?)

The Courtier's outfit wouldn't be necessary in any event, but what you're talking about essentially falls under the "Item Crafting" rules. Thus, it's not available. As for how to get the same effect, you can purchase the jewelry separately and just get +1 Glamoured Shadow Full-Plate. The cost would only be 8,950 GP because you don't have to add in the Masterwork cost (It's already accounted for in the +1.)
Basically, my interpretation is that the glamered quality allows it to appear to be any non-magical outfit, since it's just an illusion.

I'm not so sure about that...
Always Available Items
In addition to any items listed on your current or two previous chronicles, you may always purchase the following items or equipment so long as you’re in an appropriately-sized settlement (see above):
All basic armor, gear, items, and weapons from Chapter 6 (the equipment chapter) of the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook. This does not include dragonhide under the “special materials” section of that chapter on page 154, but it does include the other special materials such as alchemical silver and cold iron.+1 weapons (2,000 gp + 300 for the masterwork weapon cost + item cost)
+1 armor (1,000 gp + 150 for the masterwork armor cost + item cost)
+1 shields (1,000 gp + 150 for the masterwork armor cost + item cost)

However, special materials like mithril DO count as masterwork, and perhaps that is where the confusion stems?

That would work if the armor the OP is talking about was made from one of those special materials. But it is not, so the MW cost must be included in the total price.

I concur, I was just saying from where I thought the error the person made may have stemmed.
Understanding why one makes an error like that helps it from reoccurring in the future in my experience.
