I wanna introduce a seductive cold-style magic using Emma Frost (aka the White Queen) type villain and I was wondering if there is a White Witch of Irrisen prestige class (so I could give her a few levels in it).
Closest thing I could reccomend for now, until such a thing comes out is that you check the Frostburn D&D 3.5 book, it contains alot of winter/cold based magic, prestige classes and so forth.
Alternatively, you could always make her a Frostwind Virago, a type of Fey from Monster Manual V if you have access to that, the 3.5 D&D book, theyre pretty powerful at 20HD, and have a few nasty cold based special attacks and deal physical and cold damage based on their insanely high charisma.
I know those are 3.5 books, but the game is backwards compatible, just wont see such as official PF material if its not OGL, but you can use it with minimal conversion.
If you dont have access to the Virago's statblock, I can get you a copy of it, but I dont currently have access to my Frostburn book at the moment.

Agreed, the Frostwind Virago is the perfect creature to use for a White Witch type of villain. If you really wanna go Emma Frost you could give her some wilder levels with an emphasis on telepathic powers, but you're probably best off sticking with the cold theme. Give her a Medallion of Thoughts if you wanna add a dash of her seeming as if all-knowing by having access to the PCs' surface thoughts.

Thank you...lol, they are pretty awesome, plus the artwork is astounding for them. Plus those are some good ideas to tack onto the character to make her as close to Emma Frost as possible.
