Hi, I just download my Paizo Order #1335491‏, but two products (Council of Thieves 6 and Guide to River Kingdoms) I can't read with my Adobe. It put XXXXX + SteelMagnolias. And with de CoT 6, I can't read anything, but in the Guide, I read almost all, except the entries for the cities (I think). The rest of the order is ok. What I can do?.
try to re-personalize and redownload... it sounds like an issue personalizing
It also pays to make sure the Adobe installation is updated. Or to try Foxit as an alternative. If nothing else trying it lets you see whether it's a reader or a file issue.

I re-personalize and redownload three times, and I download Single File an One File per Chapter. I have the last version of Adobe, and I unistall an reinstall and the same. Only with that two books, the rest is ok and no problem. And as I say, with Council I can't read anything, but with Rivers I can read all, except the cities' entries.

I'm not really sure what to tell you—I've never known that error *not* to be solved by reinstalling Adobe Reader. Are you sure it's opening in the right version of Reader, and not some older version that's also installed on your computer?
I'm confident that it's not the files themselves, as many, many other people are using them with no problems. Have you tried other PDF viewers (like FoxIt) or other computers?
