Ok, I'm in the process of making a few NPC's and I've come across some questions so rather than starting a bunch of threads I've just decided to ask them all in 1 thread.
1st: One of the NPC's is a 12th level Evil Cleric with the Death Domain. At 8th level she gains Death's Embrace which says "At 8th level, you heal damage instead of taking damage from channeled negative energy. If the channeled negative energy targets undead, you heal hit points just like undead in the area." I was wondering if this means she's harmed by positive energy now? Or if she gets healed by both.
2nd: Since the Cleric above has 2 domains that allow touch attacks and she can get off 2 attacks because of her BAB I was wondering if she could make both touch attacks as a full-attack.
3rd: Another NPC is a small sized Summoner with a quadruped Eidolon. I was wondering if he buys an exotic saddle can he ride on his Eidolon? Also if I make the Eidolon large can he still ride on it (if he can ride on it at all)?
4th: If the Summoner were to take Augment Summoning (as well as the prerequisites) would that give the creatures summoned by his Summon Monster spell-like ability the +4 str, +4 con? And just out of curiosity if it does work on the summoned monsters does that give his Eidolon +4 str, +4 con (I'm assuming definitely no for the Eidolon).
That's all I can think of for now but I might post a few more later.

1) From what you quoted (and only that), I'd guess that yes, he's healed by both. He's still a living creature, but he also happen to have embraced Death. It might be seen as overpowered, though.
2) I'd think not, because these touch attacks are standard actions of their own, much like touch attack spells.
3) I'd think that he can. I don't remember reading a rule about not being able to ride a creature two sides larger than you if you have the proper saddle - dragon riding, anyone?
4) IIRC, there's another thread about applying the Augment Summoning on Summon-like SLA. Whatever its conclusion is, I don't think it applies to the Eidolon (or the Familiar, Animal Companion, or Mount that some other classes have).

1. I would say she gets healed by both. Death's Embrace doesn't explicitely say that you get hurt by channeled positive energy, after all, but I could be wrong.
2. No, she couldn't. Each domain power needs a standard action to use.
In addition, a cleric gains the listed powers from both of her domains, if she is of a high enough level. Unless otherwise noted, using a domain power is a standard action.
3. Yes. I'm not entirely sure on the Large Eidolon, though, but I would allow it.
4. I'm not sure on that one because both the spell-like ability and the Eidolon are not summon spells...

Questions 5-?: The Summoner NPC is going to take the Leadership feat at 7th level (she's level 15) her leadership score equals out to 20 altogether so that gives her 1 tenth level Cohort (I'm going with 10th level because their fighting a lot of things back to back), 50 first level followers (this will probably be divided up into 20 archers, 5 "warrior" types using swords/shields, and then the rest will just run errands and dance and things like that), 5 second level followers, 3 third level followers, 2 fourth level followers, and 1 fifth level follower.
What's going to happen is the PC's are making their way through the Summoners fortress so she sends her cohort along with the 3 third level followers, the fifth level follower and 5 first level archers. The PC's kill all of them with the help of some friendly NPC's.
Then the PC's heal up and whatnot and head to the Summoner and the rest of her "army" which will consist of the Summoner, her Eidolon, 10 first level archers, 5 first level warrior types, 5 second level warrior types, and 2 fourth level followers (they reload the Summoner's guns and then attack with swords if the PC's get to close).
What I'm wondering is should I control groups of followers in the fights? I'm assuming yes but I've never dealt with battles this big. Has anyone? If so how did you do it? Can 4 to 5 eleventh and twelfth level characters handle this? I'm assuming they can it will just be kind of a pain with all the random low levels running around (area spells and effects will take care of them fast I'm sure though).

Personally, I wouldn't allow the followers to accompany them on adventures. It's far too much work, they'll all be dead within a moment's notice and so on. The cohort is well enough of gain for a feat. The followers, I imagine, would do better to stay at the PC's headquarters, taking care of mundane tasks, be guards of their castle/batcave/whatever, diviners and experts providing the other npc's with equipment, knowledge and so on.

The Summoner is an enemy NPC that's held up in her fortress and I was planning on having the PC's fight their way to her through all the random followers and her cohort and Eidolon.
