A Little Avahzi Stat-Block Help

I'm admittedly awful at looking at the numbers to figure out what buffs are up. Does the stat block for Avahzi reflect the buffs she would have put up if she was able to prepare or do I need to add those if she is able to prepare?

Yes the stats that are given are the ones that would be up if she is able to prepare. With the two status' that she has up there should be no reason she would not be aware and have enough time.
