Isue 26 Binder Problems

In the middle of running issue 26 and the binding started to fall apart on me Saturday. By the end of the session, the first 24 pages were now falling out. I am a subscriber to the AP's and haven't had any other problems to this point but is this a common complaint and what can I do to get a new copy of that issue? Any discount possible? Thanks

This isn't a common complaint. As far as the for your copy of the book, I'm sending you an email about this issue.
