This means that a player not member of the Pathfinder Society but having the Requirements can take this kind of Prestige Classes ?

If your GM allows it, sure.
I suppose that's correct, in a technical sense. Sometimes a part of GMing, though, is making sure everything in the game fits together sensibly.
