Can Baleful Polymorph be dispelled?

Baleful Polymorph's duration is listed as permanent, therefore:

It's also affected by Remove Curse. As it is considered a Curse Affliction.

Baleful polymorph's duration is Permanent (meaning that the spell remains on the subject with no set expiration) and there is no text preventing dispel magic from working on it, so it can be dispelled.

Instantaneous (the spell does its work and goes away, leaving the subject changed and no longer magical) is the deal-breaker that you may have been looking out for.
