I am at the end of this magnificent campaign and I need some ideas. Here's what I have so far.
Longacre Building - has anyone done anything with this? In my campaign, Cressida Croft has been captured and is being held there. I am planning on running a rescue scenario, but I need maps and encounters. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Vimanda still lives. She double crossed the PCs by telling the Queen where they were while they dealt with her brother. Now, in exchange for leaving her alone to rule Old Korvosa, the queen occasionally makes use of her services. I am thinking about replacing the efreet with Vimanda and having the encounter take place in Old Korvosa. What do you think?
I am not a huge fan of having the final battle take place outside of the city. I would like to port elements from the last chapter of this module into the deeper catacombs under Castle Korvosa. Maybe I can replace the boggards with vampires? What's the best way to make this work?
Finally, has anyone done any conversions to PFRPG for this module?
Thanks in advance guys!

Since both Vimanda and the efreet are able to disguise themselves, have you thought of having her "play the part" of Trifaccia? The encounter would play out differently, but I do like the theme of the "faux hero of the people" being brought down by the heroes.
I had similar reservations about the finale when reading it for the same reason. I do like the link to Sorshen, and can understand the desire of the creative forces behind the campaign to showcase a little more of Varisia's landscape and history. I'm toying with ideas on how to play up the cinematic trope of heroes fighting a distant battle that's being witnessed in some way by those back at home whose lives are at stake--similar to the Rebels communicating with the pilots assaulting the Death Star, or (reaching further here!) Billy Bob Thornton NASA-guy and Liv Tyler waiting for the miners to blow up the asteroid. Best I've come up with so far is Ileosa vainly projecting her image and baddie monologue to Korvosa, and her (and the heroes) watching happenings in the city through the blood pool as a scrying tool.

Golbez57, you read my mind. I am definitely going to have Vimanda be Trifaccia. Maybe I'll have her wield a Vudran weapon and have the gold masks be a homage for a rakshasa maharajah (a human face in front, two beast faces in profile). I am anticipating the clash between the new Blackjack and the "faux" Trifaccia to be an exciting one - especially if they find out that they are facing a hated enemy from the past.

The link between Castle Korvosa and the Sunken Queen is IMO tenuous at best. The Everdawn Pool and the emphasis on blood magic screams "vampire" to me rather than boggards in a swamp. I plan on nixing the whole trek into the swamps in favor of keeping everything "in-house." This would mean fleshing out the Thassilonian Levels and its inhabitants. Does anyone know of any maps I can substitute for the finale?
Also, though I love the idea of a final boss being a bard, I am having trouble seeing her give trouble to my five PCs. Furthermore, the setting of the last battle: a 30x30 room with the Everdawn Pool in the center, seems a little too static and ordinary for me. Has anyone done anything to spruce up the final fight? I read on these boards earlier that a group managed to defeat a risen Kazavon, having to fight the foul beast over the city's skyline. IMO an ending as cinematic as that is a necessity for such an awesome campaign.
