Starting CoT - Any advice for miniatures?

Council of Thieves

I'm getting ready to start GMing CoT in a month or two. Does anybody have any great ideas for miniatures? I'm particularly interested in pre-painted minis.

There are lots of great cardboard minis. Both for sale here and from drivethrurpg.com. (PIGames has some nice PC sets that include some good Tieflings and One Monk Miniatures has some nice free DL minis including demons...)

For pre painted, I'd look at all of the great D&D minis available for sale right here at Paizo.

Bad guys I've run into.:

Basterds; goblins, hellknights, tieflings, shadowbeasts
Sewer goblin
more goblin
Hellknight Armitage
Hellknight w/ torch
Tiefling
Tiefling cleric
Tiefling rogue
Trials; lemures, troll skeletons, ghouls, ghosts, shadows, a bearded devil, tiefling rogue, vermin, water thing, mummy, lemures, outcast king
Lemures! You'll need a handful...
Ghost
Howler
Bone Devil
Water ghouls!
Water elemental
I don't remember, it might be a large Elemental
Outcast King
The Fallen One
Dust; lemures, summoner, female monks, shadows, skeletal triceratops, skeleton, animated toys, vampires
Summoner guy! Even uses a staff.
Vampire
more vampire
vampire spawn

That's just a few things you run into, hope it helps!

Spoiler:
There will be a lot of shadows, like 3-4 encounters with them so far but I couldn't find a mini for that...

Shadow Lodge

Specifically in relation to your spoiler. I've adjusted those encounters. Three times is just too many.

Spoiler:
We've noticed that this AP really, really goes for ability damage. Shadows make sense for that. While there are three encounter, if I remember right there's 3 different kinds of them as well. Lesser, young, and regular. We've also found a plethora of potions of lesser restoration and even a wand of restoration to balance the unusual amount of ability damage.

Thanks for the suggestions. What minis have people used for Hellknights?

Stormtroopers. I have about 20 of them.

I use my stormtrooper minis more than any other miniature. Lets people know who the "expendables" are and who are the real bad guys!

Well both the ones I linked two are $1 and are pretty generic "armored guy."

I feel very dumb. I didn't notice that your list had hyperlinks. THANK YOU. That is awesome and those will definitely work.

Thanks again.

No problem, I was bored at work and looked through all singles to find things that fit the AP so far.

Speaking of minis anyone found a good pit Fiend Mini, or minis for Ecarrdian, Melavengian, Chammady, or any of the other big bosses of the AP? I know there is a blood war mini for pit fiend but its expensive.

*Edit* as far as a shadow mini, the Astral construct mini could work if spraypainted.*Edit*
