Getting through the 85 posts -- I'm interested. Very actually. Where do I sign up?

EDIT: This is a chaotic twisted Grimm campaign, you know. :D

Here you go... :D

Orcling Characters
Orclings are the bastard offspring of Orcs and Halflings. They are shunned by both races and are treated as less than second class citizens.
+2 Constitution, +2 Wisdom, -2 Strength: Orclings are hardy, having learned to withstand many hardships. They are also cunning, but retain the physical weakness of their Halfling parents.
Small: Orclings are Small and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a -1 penalty to their CMB and CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
Fast: Orclings are fast for their size, and have a base speed of 30 feet.
Senses: Orclings have low-light vision.
Mixed Blood: Orclings count as both Orcs and Halflings for any effect relating to race.
Hardy: Orclings gain a +2 racial bonus on Fortitude Saves.
Sneaky: Orclings gain a +2 racial bonus to Perception and Stealth.
Second Class Citizen: Orclings always begin any encounter with Orcs or Halflings as if that being’s attitude were Unfriendly.

Can we go with the +2 to STR & DEX and -2 to WIS and INT? Then switch out Perception to something else? Whatcha think?

Wait...we're starting at 3rd level, right?

Halfling Barbarian...

My current Pen & Paper Character in Rise of the Runelords. :)
How did I know you were going to pimp Big John before I even clicked that? :)

"Hey screw you buddy... I don't need no girly man to Pimp me out. I can Pimp myself out just fine!"

What's better, the rogue's evasion or the barbarian's uncanny dodge?

Both...

Although if I had to choose I'd choose Evasion hands down, but only if you have a high Reflex Save. I do love me some Evasion...

Professor, are you going to be a cleric of Mercury or Apollo? For this PbP, I'm seeing Mercury...

Barbarian 1 / Rogue 2 it is, then. Thanks!

Two physical stats getting bonuses is too munchkin-y. :)

Just remember, you need to be in Light Armour for Evasion to be effective.

Hermes, definitely. When you start looking at the actual primary source material, Apollo is really just an oracular god who muscled out Helios over a long period of time. Hermes is a major player. Also, if we are going level 3, I think I'll take one level of rogue.

I definitely planned to be in light armor regardless.

What would make a good 'rage' power for an orcling, then?

OK, since I start work in just over 3 hours I guess I should get at least a little bit of sleep, right...

Liberty's Edge

You guys have been busy. This looks like its going to be pretty interesting, can't wait to see!

Proposed orcling rage power:

Furious bite: Combing the appetite of a halfling and the ferocity of the orc, the orcling barbarian has learnd to 'take a bite out of crime' and can make an extra bite attack (1d4 dam, 1/2 str bonus) at his full att bonus during a full attack action. He may also use his bite as a single atttack during the charge. If the orcling has rogue levels and the bite counts as a sneak attack, it causes bleeding.

Don't know how you do it unless you sleep on the job. =D

Well, there's already this:

Animal Fury (Ex): While raging, the barbarian gains a bite attack. If used as part of a full attack action, the bite attack is made at the barbarian's full base attack bonus –5. If the bite hits, it deals 1d4 points of damage (assuming the barbarian is Medium; 1d3 points of damage if Small) plus half the barbarian's Strength modifier. A barbarian can make a bite attack as part of the action to maintain or break free from a grapple. This attack is resolved before the grapple check is made. If the bite attack hits, any grapple checks made by the barbarian against the target this round are at a +2 bonus.

...which makes me think I got what rage power I want. Thanks for the tip, niel!

And P.S. Welcome to our not-so-humble home. =D

I did that last week while on Painkillers, when I started at 4am. Instead of doing my paperwork I curled up on the floor and fell asleep for 2 hours... :/

For me personally, I find that Japanese food is the worst possible thing to be overstuffed with. For some reason there is a peculiar sickly feeling that goes along with it, but I don't know why.

Yeah, the Paizo site's been slow today...then again, everything has. I hope the good lord isn't listening, but it's been a rather boring day today.

As FhDM (and later CrimJ) said, Moff. Sorry for the vagueness.

Site is slow today, I won't be posting much tonight as I have to go back out at 11pm, and probably won't be home untill about 2am, so I'm going to try and get some rest.

Evening.

I wasn't feeling too well and went to bed around 1900 last night and then didn't get up until 0600 (late) but still made it to work on time.

Stupid slow site. :(

Yeah. It has been very sluggish today. I wonder who's fault it is this time.
