Hi, when I ordered the product below I did not realize it was a PDF. I have avoided downloading anything since I saw this. Is it too late to remove this from the order? When I searched on Monsternomicon, I used the Add to Cart from the search list and didn't see any PDF mention like I did with the Monsternomicon 2 (I didn't click the product description which does mention PDF). If I'm stuck with it, I'm stuck with it. Let me know. Thanks!

We normally avoid doing returns for PDFs, but I can easily see where the mistake was made. I have returned the PDF and credited the returned value towards the unshipped remainder of the order.

OK, thanks for removing that from the order. I got an email that said that the order was refused by my CC company:
"We are eager to ship your products, but we need your help. When we requested authorization for your order, we received a "transaction declined" message from your bank. Please contact your bank to resolve this issue. Once the issue has been resolved, please notify us so we can complete your order."
I called them, and they said that everything looks fine on their end. Is it because of the PDF being removed or is something else up?

The printed part of the order arrived, but there were a few minor issues:
Instead of "Etherscope: Mysteries of the Occult (OGL) Print Edition", I got "Etherscope RPG (OGL) Softcover"
Also both map packs were missing:
GameMastery Map Pack: Graveyard
GameMastery Map Pack: Fortress
I placed a new order tonight (#1367243), so you can definitely piggyback on that for shipping. Let me know what you want me to do with the wrong Etherscope.
On a side note, I noticed that Expeditious Retreat Press's Advanced Adventures #12 has recently gone from preorder to discontinued? Did it already run out? Or are they only releasing it in PDF? If a print edition would be available shortly, I'd go back and add it to the new order.

I apologize for having missed your add-on question. It's usually better to create a new thread and link back to the original for a follow-up question, since I will not usually check a thread I consider "done".
I have put replacements in with the new order, and sent a new confirmation email. As for the Advanced Adventures #12, discontinued is discontinued. I do not have any information beyond that, or any indication that it's coming back soon.
