You would still get an AoO vs an opponent with 20% concealment such as with a Blur effect upon them, but having concealment makes a subject immune to "Precision Damage" effects like Sneak Attack for example. (Unless the attacker is able to pierce through concealment from magical sources like Blur using True Seeing and whatnot.)
So yes, you'd still get the AoO vs a 20% concealment foe since you can still 'pick' them out in a fight and attack them normally, you just cant deliver precision based damage. Total Concealment implies you cant see the target at all, such as theyre Invisible or in total darkness and you cant see (and have to target squares and roll the miss chance and such as usual).
As long as you can see them in some fashion, you get your AoO.

So lets say you have 20% concealment and do something that provokes an AoO. The enemy can attack you, if they hit, they roll the miss chance and then you continue your turn if you can?

If you have say Blur active for example, that grants a 20% miss chance, if you provoke an AoO the enemy still gets to attack you but they have to roll the miss chance still yes - even though they know where the attack came from, etc. they still have to roll the miss chance since the 20% concealment makes it difficult for the enemy to precisely pinpoint you.
You'd then continue on the rest of your actions, but if you provoked more AoO's that turn all other foes would suffer the same miss chance regardless how many AoO's you provoked.
