From the look at it, the Jedi at the facility were more concerned with cleaning up and putting things back together then with preserving forensic data. However, they do tell you that a few transport shuttles were captured and several of the attackers bodies are still in cryogenic storage at the morgue.

From the transports, I suggest Computer Use to slice in and see the astrogation input, which could help to know where they have traveled.
Also, Gather Information to search out clues such as parts or items that could be tracked back to a location.
I will use Life Science on the bodies in the morgue to see if I can find any further clues.

Unfortunately I'm quite useless in many of those areas, Dr.Falomar, but I'll aid another to give what help I can.

"On the contrary, Corine. I have little skill in the methods of warfare. Perhaps you can review the tactics used by the assialants to discover who is leading them. If we can tie the tactics to a leader in the Imperial records, perhaps we can then learn more. In addition, survival on different planets requires different items of gear and equipment. Can you help in searching the enemy bodies and ships for clues?" offers Moma.

Sorry guys, but the massive law school work load has begun already. I'm afraid I'm going to have to drop the game. I wish it weren't so but it seems like I am spending most of my time getting different things needed to make sure I'm set when August comes.
