Online Reference Document vs. Print Core Rulebook

Website Feedback

I apologize if this topic has been brought up before. I did a search and didn't find anything relevant.

As a DM I use the Pathfinder online reference document during my gaming sessions. It helps speed up the game with all the hyperlinks; just right click on the link, open in new tab, and bam, instant ruling. My players all use the print core rulebook as a reference doc during play. Well, long story short, we've discovered quite a few differences between the two. Last session I had a player ask, "which rules set are we going to use, because this can cause some confusion". Agreed. I am inclined to rely on the "living" web reference document as it can be changed to the most up to date rulings.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Can you give me an example of a difference that you have noticed? (With links, preferably.) The PRD does incorporate all up-to-date errata, but if there is a difference not noted in the Errata documents for the core rulebook, its something that I need to fix.
