After reading the fiction in the APs, I'm interested in information on using Wayfinders in my PF game. Where can we find info on Wayfinders and how they interact with Ioun Stones..?
Pathfinder Chronicles: Seekers of Secrets.
Seekers of Secrets has plenty of info on them and a whole range of various Ioun stones.

If you're talking about the Patfinder Compass-thingy: Council of Thieves Players' Guide has the rules on them.
